This is a brand new unregistered refrigerated chiller van. It is insulated by traditional methods using high density styrofoam throughout overlayed on plywood with fibreglass and resin. Finished with white walls and a light grey floor to form a joint free, impervious surface. The van has a LED interior light which is operated from door openings. The doors are insulated and then finished in white GRP.

A wide variety of fridge systems is available - through our partners at CoolVan we always specifies the best fridge for the job - but if you have your own preference of fridge system then we can quote accordingly. Our standard specification incorporates fridge systems from either Hubbard (360AM) or GAH (Lance L200C). This van is a basic fridge van and does not have the single phase electric standby system - that can be specified at an additional cost.

This van is built as a chilled refrigerated panel van. It is designed for operation at 0°C/+3°C and is suitable for most chilled distribution operations. We can upgrade both the insulation and the refrigeration system for freeze operation (-18°C). Bespoke conversions for deep freeze (-25°C) and heat/cool operation (up to +20°C) are available on request.

One popular option is Standby, the electric plug-in facility. This is normally single phase (standard domestic supply @ 230v) but we can specify 3-phase standby if so requested. Please note that most refrigeration systems will only operate with the vehicle engine operating. Standby allows the operator to pre-cool the load space and to use the vehicle for storage if so required.

The conversion is covered by the CoolVan full 36 months 'Return to Base' warranty.

Refrigeration systems are covered by a 12 months warranty. This can be extended as part of a contract maintenance package available from the manufacturers - this can be added to the contract rate on request
